I'm Rachel, and I help women make thoughtful career shifts - the kind where you know what you're moving toward, not just what you're running from.

With a proven framework and six 1:1 sessions, we'll clarify your vision and non-negotiables, identify three career paths that check your boxes, build a pitch and materials that capture your magic, practice interviews and negotiations, and take weekly action until you're hired on your terms.

What clients are saying

  • After years in a comfortable but unfulfilling job, Rachel helped me build confidence, stay focused, and take consistent steps toward freelancing. Her support made my transition feel doable. I left on my terms, with a clear direction, real momentum, and the mindset to silence the doubt - especially the “too old” voice.

    — Jennifer

  • Rachel helped me turn loose ends into a clear, empowering story. Her warmth, structure, and support rebuilt my confidence and helped me redefine my strengths. I now feel more self-assured, motivated, and ready to take ownership of what’s next. She taught me how to advocate for myself again.

    — Emily

  • I knew my skills but couldn’t express them as one clear story. Rachel immediately understood me and helped shape language that truly fits. Now I confidently communicate my full value and opportunities are showing up without chasing them. My work is aligned, my startup is thriving, and new projects keep coming.

    — Lynn

  • Working with Rachel helped me unlock strength I thought I had already conquered. I remembered I’m still a warrior, battle-tested and capable. This experience not only challenged me in the best ways, it also gave me a crew I can count on. I’m deeply grateful our paths crossed.

    — Belinda

The big picture.

This isn't freestyle "let's-see-where-the-wind-takes-us" coaching. It's my Career Command framework, a 13-module curriculum + six 1:1 sessions, where we customize it to fit your life.

Inner Clarity

We dig past the "shoulds" to name your vision, your strengths, and your non-negotiables. (No weekends? No pay gaps? No assholes?)

  • Create your life vision

  • Shift limiting mindsets

  • Identify your values and superpowers

  • Uncover your non-negotiables

  • Spot career clues from your past

  • Shape your elevator pitch

  • Build your personal brand

More than me, you get us.

Every Wednesday at 12 pm ET, all women in my programs are invited to virtual office hours.

Think of it like meeting with friends in your favorite professor's office - drop in for 10 minutes or stay the whole hour. You'll ask questions, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot the hard parts.

I facilitate, but honestly?

The best moments happen between members.

✱ IT'S IMPORTANT YOU KNOW ✱

I stand firm on supporting all women in their careers, and with that, I reject the following:

The patriarchy, white supremacy, racism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, or any discrimination on sexual orientation or gender identity.

These are hard limits in my business; I will not waiver.

Peek inside your first few modules.

There's no need to march through these modules in rigid order - we adapt the sequence based on your timeline and what's most urgent for you right now.

How much does it cost?

Your investment is $2,900 when paid in full or four installments of $770.

For that, you get the complete Career Command framework (13 modules, videos, worksheets, bonuses - everything), six one-on-one sessions where we adapt it all to your life, custom feedback on your resume, LinkedIn, and pitch, email support between sessions, weekly office hours with women who are in it with you, and access to my network when it makes sense.

The program typically takes 3-4 months, but the materials are yours to keep and revisit whenever you need them.

You may also be wondering…

  • A lot of career coaching is either too open-ended (“Let’s just talk”) or too prescriptive (“Let’s just focus on your resume”). I blend the right amount of both.

My Career Command framework gives you structure and clarity, and my coaching style brings compassionate tough love—empathy when you need it, straight talk when it’s time to act.

It’s tailored to your strengths, your values, and your life.

  • I hear this often. The truth? Skipping inner clarity is why so many job searches fail.

Without it, you’ll apply for roles you don’t actually want, undersell yourself in interviews, and risk landing in another toxic culture.

Inner clarity is the filter that keeps you from repeating the same cycle.

  • I also offer the self-guided online course for $575 (or two payments of $315).

You get the full 13-module framework, all the videos and worksheets, and access to weekly office hours—but no private coaching sessions or custom feedback on your materials.

It's a solid option if you're self-motivated and working with a tighter budget.

  • The program runs 3–4 months with six sessions. Think of it as replacing time wasted on cold applications with work that actually moves you forward.

  • Some clients land new roles before they even finish the program. Others complete it with a clear plan, polished materials, and a strong network in motion.

The goal isn’t just the next role—it’s giving you tools you’ll reuse every time you navigate change in your career.

And because you’ll always have access to my weekly office hours, you can keep checking in, asking questions, and getting support long after our formal sessions wrap.

  • The structure is the scaffolding - it’s there to hold you steady, not box you in.

I adapt the framework to your needs, moving things around when it makes sense. Most clients find the structure freeing because they no longer have to guess what to do next.

Inner clarity is the filter that keeps you from repeating the same cycle.

  • You don’t have to start over. That’s one of the biggest myths about career change - that if you pivot, you’re back at square one. The truth is, everything you’ve done up to now counts. Your skills, your relationships, your lived experience - they all come with you. My job is to help you see the threads that connect what you’ve done to what you want next, and then shape your story so others see it too.

And not everyone needs (or wants) a reinvention. Sometimes, you like your field, your organization, or even your role - but you know something’s off. In that case, we use the same process to clarify your non-negotiables, adjust how you’re showing up, and advocate for changes that make your current role a better fit. For many clients, one of the three paths we explore is exactly that: reshaping the job you already have into the job you actually want.

  • Not at all. Career change is big and emotional, so yes, sometimes there are tears - but there’s also laughter. One of my core values is fun. We keep it real, we notice the ridiculous parts of the process, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously. You’ll feel supported, challenged, and free to show the full range of emotions without judgment.

Plus, I’m 100% invested in your success. When we work together, I carry your job titles and goals around in my head. Even after our sessions wrap, if I see a role or make a connection that’s right for you, I’ll send it your way. I don’t consider my work done until you’ve landed somewhere that feels right. Your success is my success, and I take that seriously.

Your first step is to book a free call with me. I'll answer your questions and help you decide the right next step (even if it's not working with me).
