If even one of these sounds like you, welcome.
You're in the right place.

I'm Rachel, and I help women make thoughtful career shifts - the kind where you know what you're moving toward, not just what you're running from.

With a proven framework and six 1:1 sessions, we'll clarify your vision and non-negotiables, identify three career paths that check your boxes, build a pitch and materials that capture your magic, practice interviews and negotiations, and take weekly action until you're hired on your terms.

What clients are saying

  • Rachel Garrett is the real deal. Career change and job searching are hard work. Rachel offers practical frameworks and helpful perspectives to support you at each step. I have worked with Rachel for 1:1 and group coaching and she brings genuine empathy and expertise to every session.

    - Gabrielle

  • Rachel is a goddess. I had tried a couple other coaches prior to being introduced to Rachel and, unlike them, she instantly got me. She helped me answer really tough questions and realize things about myself that I never knew were getting in my way so much in terms of finding the right career steps to make me happy. I ended my sessions with Rachel feeling energized, hopeful and much more confident.

    - Sarah

  • Rachel is truly gifted at what she does. She helped me think deeply and critically about what my values are (not just what I think they should be), the balance I strive for, and what my true non-negotiables are for my work-life. Rachel has helped me approach opportunities with a clear-eyed sense of what I want and need that I did not have before. Beyond the concrete, Rachel brings an authentic and optimistic approach to helping people examine and work through the things that get and keep us stuck. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

    - Lauren

The big picture.

This isn't freestyle "let's-see-where-the-wind-takes-us" coaching. It's my Career Command framework, a 13-module curriculum + six 1:1 sessions, where we customize it to fit your life.

More than me, you get us.

Every Wednesday at 12 pm ET, all women in my programs are invited to virtual office hours.

Think of it like meeting with friends in your favorite professor's office - drop in for 10 minutes or stay the whole hour. You'll ask questions, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot the hard parts.

I facilitate, but honestly?

The best moments happen between members.

✱ IT'S IMPORTANT YOU KNOW ✱

I stand firm on supporting all women in their careers, and with that, I reject the following:

The patriarchy, white supremacy, racism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, or any discrimination on sexual orientation or gender identity.

These are hard limits in my business; I will not waiver.

Peek inside your first few modules.

There's no need to march through these modules in rigid order - we adapt the sequence based on your timeline and what's most urgent for you right now.

If you’d like to learn more about the program, ask questions, or talk through your next steps, please book a free call.

How much does it cost?

Your investment is $2,900 when paid in full or four installments of $770.

For that, you get the complete Career Command framework (13 modules, videos, worksheets, bonuses - everything), six one-on-one sessions where we adapt it all to your life, custom feedback on your resume, LinkedIn, and pitch, email support between sessions, weekly office hours with women who are in it with you, and access to my network when it makes sense.

The program typically takes 3-4 months, but the materials are yours to keep and revisit whenever you need them.
