✱ IT'S IMPORTANT YOU KNOW ✱

I stand firm on supporting all women in their careers, and with that, I reject the following:

The patriarchy, white supremacy, racism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, or any discrimination on sexual orientation or gender identity.

These are hard limits in my business; I will not waiver.

What clients are saying

  • After more than 10 years in a role that no longer felt like a fit, I struggled to envision a new direction and felt stuck between knowing it was time to move on and fearing the unknown. Rachel’s program was different because it didn’t just give me strategies, it helped me untangle the beliefs that were holding me back. Through her thoughtful questions and guidance, I built a foundation for exploring my career that I can return to again and again. The support of Rachel’s weekly virtual group sessions gave me energy and confidence, and soon after, I transitioned into a more satisfying role. Now, as I prepare for my next career step, I’m revisiting Rachel’s tools and community with excitement and optimism instead of fear and stagnation.

    - Rebecca

  • When I first reached out to Rachel, I was unfulfilled in my job, unsure of what to do next, and afraid I had lost my voice. I wanted to contribute and feel valued again but didn’t know if that was possible. From the very first session I realized I had made the right decision to invest in myself. Even after settling into my new role, I continue to use Rachel’s tools, especially reframing self-doubt into confidence, which keeps me grounded and moving forward. I am deeply grateful to Rachel and the community for guiding me through such a difficult time and helping me rediscover my confidence and voice.

    - Karen

  • When I relocated across the country during COVID, I felt like I was hitting reset on my career. Rachel’s program gave me exactly what I needed: a clear, step-by-step framework to ground myself, articulate my experience with confidence, and clarify what I truly wanted next. The self-paced design let me focus on the areas where I needed the most support, which made the process feel manageable and empowering. The Office Hour sessions were a game-changer, offering a supportive community of people who understood what I was going through. That sense of connection reminded me I wasn’t alone in the transition. Today, I’m in a role that aligns with both my personal and professional goals, and I continue to lean on the network Rachel helped me build.

Here's what we cover.

This isn’t career wandering. It’s a 13-module, step-by-step career pathing framework that shows you exactly what to focus on at each stage of your transition.

How much does it cost?

Your investment is $575, paid in full, or two payments of $315.

For that, you get full access to the Career Command framework, including all 13 modules, on-demand videos, worksheets, and bonuses - everything you need to work through the process on your own schedule.

You’ll also have built-in group support and accountability, so you’re not navigating your career change alone.

You may also be wondering…

  • Most people complete the course in about 12 weeks, if completing one module per week (recommended). All course content is self-paced.

Career transitions rarely happen overnight. In a healthy job market, a search often takes 3–6 months, and in a tighter market, closer to 6–12 months.

That’s why you’ll continue to have access to weekly Office Hours after you complete the modules—so you can get support and accountability as you put your plan into action.

  • I hear this often. The truth? Skipping inner clarity is why so many job searches fail.

Without it, you’ll apply for roles you don’t actually want, undersell yourself in interviews, and risk landing in another toxic culture.

Inner clarity is the filter that keeps you from repeating the same cycle.

  • This course includes access to members-only virtual Office Hours, facilitated by me.

If you’re looking for personalized guidance, feedback, and direct support throughout your transition, my private coaching program may be a better fit.

It includes one-on-one sessions where we apply the Career Command framework to your specific situation, along with tailored feedback and deeper support as you move through your career change.

You can learn more about that option here.

  • Some clients land new roles before they even finish the program. Others complete it with a clear plan, polished materials, and a strong network in motion.

The goal isn’t just the next role—it’s giving you tools you’ll reuse every time you navigate change in your career.

And because you’ll always have access to my weekly Office Hours, you can keep checking in, asking questions, and getting support long after our formal sessions wrap.

  • Please no - online applications alone rarely lead to meaningful or lasting career change - that’s what I call the path to despair.

You can pour hours into online applications only to watch them disappear into the ether - because most postings are either already filled, fabricated to signal “growth” for a company, or the responses filtered by AI before a human ever sees them.

Even when you do get interviews, ghosting is rampant right now (a red flag about the company’s culture!).

Instead, I teach you how to identify the right paths, build real connections, and get into conversations where opportunities are created - not just haphazardly posted.

  • Self-paced means you move through the course on your own schedule, without fixed deadlines. You decide how to focus your time and energy when it works best for you..

For most people, completing one module per week - watching the videos, doing the exercises, and attending weekly Office Hours on Wednesdays at 12pm ET - works well.

That said, you can go faster or slower depending on your learning style and availability.

  • I HIGHLY recommend attending the weekly Office Hours. Make this a priority for yourself and your shift.

You will meet other career shifters who are going through a similar process and can help you get started with networking and connecting with contacts at your target companies.

We talk about our wins in the process and all of the messy parts. You are not alone in this, so come meet your new hype crew who will help you stay on task.

  • You’re in the right place. About 80% of people who work with me start out not knowing what they want to do.

Through some openness, awareness of some of the unhelpful thoughts that may be blocking them AND through the reflective exercises–they figure it out and create the fulfilling and impactful careers they didn’t know they could have.

  • I do not offer refunds. Career Change on Your Terms is chock full of resources, and virtual support is available in our Office Hours.

There’s no time pressure for when you have to use these resources. If you purchase and get busy, come back to the modules when you’re more available.

If this feels like the right fit, you can enroll now and get immediate access to the course.
