I live in Brooklyn, New York with my husband and two daughters. I created Career Command because I knew that mid-career women were quickly being pushed out of the equation of success in corporate America. With COVID in the mix, women are in need of realignment with their career goals to make everything else in life work.
It’s unfair. But it can be changed.
The new reality we’re facing will require agility, focus, and strength — so that each woman can create their own vision and commit to that vision without worrying about others’ opinions. It will take support, resources, and guidance to take command of what’s yours.

Why the four month commitment?
Job searches and career transitions take a minimum of four months in these times and I want you to have the support you need through the whole process. I also want you to find transformation in this program, so committing to four months in the program is the best way to ensure this. This program is chock-full of resources and support, and I know once you’re in, you’ll have what you need to amplify your vision and take action.
I don’t really believe that women should be ambitious. Can I still join?
In a word? No. Here’s me shooting it to you straight. Career Command is for women who believe that womanism is the way to go, that Black Lives Matter, Love is Love, and science is to be listened to. If you don’t believe that women are equal to men or that they deserve more than just a seat at the table, this isn’t the place for you.
What’s the time commitment?
