When I think about what brings people the most joy and meaning in their work–it’s the quality of their relationships.

And when careers take a wrong turn, when they become toxic or intolerable–at the heart of the problem–also relationships.

So, if relationships are the make or break element in our careers–why do we spend so little time prioritizing them, nurturing them and talking about all the ways we can bring our human selves to them?

That’s what we’re going to do. Together, in Career Connections.

We’re going to go deep and get real in conversations about the challenges and the joys of our work.

We’re going to release all the parts and the acts we need to play in our organizations–and we’re going to human, in community–to support each other, to learn about each other–to learn about ourselves.

Meet monthly for a virtual 90-minute conversation at the intersection of relationships and career. (1st Thursday of every month at 4pm ET)

Meet quarterly for virtual networking events where you will meet small groups of members who are also hungry to be more human in their careers and build new relationships in their lives.
