Reflect – Month 1

  • Identify your “inner critic” voice and silence it so that it doesn’t hold you back 
  • Create your leadership SWOT that we will use as our guide so leading your team feels energizing instead of draining
  • Optimize your time-management so that you’re spending more time on things that play to your strengths and things you want to do, rather than things you feel you “should” do
  • Amp up your communication in email, meeting management and in-person—so that people are inspired by your message and take action when you speak

Redefine – Month 2

  • Define the leader you want to be
  • Identify your strengths, passions, values and creative outlets to hone your leadership style
  • Create a mission statement and elevator pitch that sounds like you
  • Be intentional about the new skills you want to learn in the coming year and incorporate your learning opportunities into your work day
  • Crystallize a plan to both manage up and lead direct reports that fits within your style and your strengths

Transform – Month 3

  • Learn to lead knowing that everything is an opportunity, rather than from a place of fearing the unknown
  • Discover your own authentic networking style and begin cultivating relationships with advocates in your organization and beyond
  • Role-play challenging conversations with your leader and direct-reports—so that you feel prepared to set boundaries AND also show you care
  • Navigate the Performance Review process and frequent feedback conversations so that your team feels heard and supported
